1. AI as a reflection of human motivations

“The future of artificial intelligence” is called, and you can assess it yourself. But there’s no need to evaluate here either. First, I noticed creativity. When you write that artificial intelligence cannot create, we use it as a machine, we are like children who play with a toy, and then it’s unclear what will happen to this toy, how we will live with it. If we stop in the middle of the article because now it’s August 2025, and you have dedicated this month. Why?

Svetlana: Well, first of all, yes, when we talk about artificial intelligence, some people probably freeze in anticipation of some great prospects, and some fear that it will somehow kill us all. As is often the case with any opportunity, with any tool, yes, a double-edged sword.

But even now, as we are forming this artificial intelligence, we are still making it in something that is similar to us. This is our level of intellectuality, ethics, morality, and this is how our artificial intelligence is. So, in a way, it reflects our inner world. And it means that if we change ourselves in some way, then the approaches to artificial intelligence also change, and its use, and completely different results from this. But we can”t, for example, give up on the possibility of progress; we can”t turn into Neanderthals as a result. So, of course, here you need to find that golden middle ground, and I think today we will talk about it. When we are moving step by step not only in technical terms but also in moral and ethical terms.

August 2025: A Time of Important Technological Turn

Therefore, the question will always be controversial here, but we will slightly sort it out later and see how it all happens. Why did I mention August 2025? Because in mid-August a very rare combination of planets began. Why do I say “began”? Because this is not about any instant interaction of planets, but about a long, very serious, and epoch-making interaction that forms, which does not include any situations or events in one moment, but creates a trend. And here, in connection with these planets, they can say a lot about the formation of completely new approaches to completely cosmic technologies, let’s say.

3. Water as an information carrier

And with other information carriers, which is most interesting. Here, for example, we don”t all know what is being developed, but the planet hints that there is a chance to try to crystallize water by inserting information programs into it. I don”t think this is being widely published now, but it may be the case. And probably, understanding that there is some rhythmic pattern, for example, we have such a program that we have spring: we plant something, then summer: we have flowers, then autumn: we have results. That is, artificial intelligence can also be of long duration, step-by-step development. You insert the program there, and it starts to develop rhythmically. So this system or this approach to artificial intelligence also likely heavily involved.

That is, we are talking about cyclic work again, without any direct impact, but specifically programmed for a certain period of time. Therefore, the inclusion of these technologies now, let’s say, is most noticeable in space. Space, artificial intelligence, and the beginning of some horizontal use of intelligence, which I mean: that is, we are approaching the fact that, as it is technologized, we slightly disconnect our centralized control. And this gradual decentralization of many things, including power, let’s say, and other technical issues. That is, this happens gradually and unnoticed. Moreover, I want to share my impressions because I have to communicate with people in this field, including, you know, IT people.

4. AI and the Decentralization of Power

The thing is that it’s not noticed, but actually, earlier, if, for example, a programmer was required, and a person would first, let’s say, go to some result, he would address himself to one program, it had to be created, and it did its job. The next step – you had to address yourself to another program, and, let’s say, this step-by-step nature, it created the need for these programmers. So, it’s a more manageable process, but it’s slow and not as efficient. But now artificial intelligence has learned to, so to speak, communicate with itself, these programs. I may not be talking quite that language, I”m not a programmer anyway, but in any case, this ability of self-work of artificial intelligence, passing on from one stage to another, the tasks set before it, in general, is an advanced, let’s say, as would power.

That is, here the programmer is almost not required. Here artificial intelligence starts to act independently because communication is already happening beyond, essentially, human control. And so there is already some kind of autonomous environment that disconnects… 

Interviewer: What do you mean by autonomy?

Svetlana: Well, it’s not just about autonomy. Imagine a scenario where there is artificial intelligence working with critical systems, let’s say financial systems. In that case, controlling them becomes virtually impossible in a centralized manner. So, a completely different legal framework needs to emerge.

That means I”m kind of jumping ahead here, but the question of social structure starts changing, you know, yes? So, some of these management structures may be destroyed partially. I think, as we strive for this technologization, many of these management structures might even underestimate the danger of AI to themselves. But, on the other hand, it creates a whole new environment where very many can participate and so on. I’ll tell you later when this will be more relevant.

Interviewer: Yes, we”re talking about the future at the end, to get things started for you.

Svetlana: Yes, yes, yes. So, things are happening off-screen, not very consciously by people, that actually the rules of the game are changing, and not just social ones.

They will, of course, move onto the geopolitical landscape because it’s clear that management is carried out from centralized points in each country, roughly speaking. But this model is being destroyed. Gradually. And we”re now entering a completely different layer of interaction models with people and management structures. So, in general, it’s only natural that quite different rules of relationship will be needed.

Interviewer: But I understand correctly that both space and stars favor this, and the stars and planets align in such a way that the world, first of all, cannot be the same and has never been, probably. Every minute is already a new world. And overall, just so radically changes the structure of the Universe that you can”t get away from it. You have to accept it, study it, if anyone wants to understand and, in general, go with the times.

Svetlana: You”re very precise now, you”ve outdone me, and that’s true, because the feeling is that we”re not inventing this artificial intelligence to help us; it’s like he brings his own history with him. Because if we want to change any paradigm of our life and relationships in general on all levels, our ethical capabilities are not enough. But artificial intelligence somehow forces us onto completely different relationships, because we start using it and become, in a sense, subservient to this trend. So yes, that’s true. You”ve hit the nail on the head. 

Interviewer: Let’s dig a little deeper into the article, and I’ll remember your words. In the first minutes, they really caught me. About water and watering it with information. Also, in your article, you write about DNA.

Why did we transition to August 2025? In the article you have here, I will quote. “In fact, it is already very soon that the conversation will be about a completely different format of artificial intelligence.” You said this. “This will already be a biological type or even a cosmic one. And here it is necessary to understand that we will deal with new knowledge about biology. From spring, that is, from April, the first signs of creating new systems of biological drive as special forms of hybrid variants of artificial intelligence will already sound. Svetlana: Well, first of all, water – this is such a carrier that is so important to us, humanity, that it can work at any levels.

First of all, it is a biological format; we are made of water, and it can be encoded in any direction. We don”t need additional resources for this – it’s very efficient and multifaceted. Yes, these are the first approaches to finding new forms of energy and new information carriers. We”re still just guessing now, but we suspect it’s necessary. We”re a bit distracted by more acute factors in our geopolitical life, so this format is only starting to take shape, if you will, in people’s minds. Interviewer: Let’s go.

Svetlana : The thing is, again, this combination of planets creates the opportunity to use both water and air spaces. But here we perfectly understand that these are almost interchangeable environments. And if, for example, we”re talking about some swarm technologies, I mentioned, such military, условно говоря, then we, for instance, don”t necessarily have to use mosquitoes. Any air space is a carrier of information, considering that it’s also somehow connected to water in general.

So, that is, water encoding and, let’s say, staying in this encoded field, it can penetrate human minds, bodies, and so on, and so on. That is, because encoding can be of any format. It can be, let’s say, with a remote effect or with a current one. So, in any case, it becomes clear that the question of consciousness, and not only consciousness, but also information capacity becomes accessible. What do I mean? Well, for example, we have education, we are used to the fact that we learn something for a long time, move from class to class, then go to college. And this takes away a lot of our time, effort, and sometimes it’s not very effective. So it turns out that the penetration of some information environment, pollination, let’s say, of people with this information, it can work completely differently.

5. The Planet Uranus Its Connection to Wonders of Technological Breakthroughs. 2026 – A New Technological Milestone

And it very much resembles the fact that we have one planet, it is only now trying to enter, and does it work? It is clear that we are all not so informed now to notice everything.

Interviewer: And what planet is that?

This is Uranus. Uranus – a planet of entirely new technologies, space, such an air environment and completely instant insights, to put it that way, incredible insight. It’s always instant progress. And this planet has been moving under the sign of Taurus for some time, and Taurus is always associated with biological developments. And we had a lot of transhumanist ideas on Earth, that is, attempts to do something with the body. But we are already coming out on such a level of understanding that it’s not quite interesting to do the body.

Svetlana : Well, to put it simply, the dollar wants to strengthen, everyone has their own policies, but nonetheless, the planet that has always been in charge of financial matters, such a centralized, rigid authority, such an oppressive, I would even say military power if you will, it has transitioned into a sign for her, extremely uncomfortable one. She needs not such a financial system where the vertical of power matters; she needs more like a horizontal.

She needs one where resource allocation is more, let’s say, evenly distributed. Now we”re talking about this with you, and, let’s say, the financiers who develop programs and technocrats, yes, they think a little differently. But they, of course, don”t think much in our categories. However, gradually everything is moving towards the need to transition into another financial format, one that we are currently very afraid of.

Interviewer: So, will the dollar weaken?

Svetlana: Well, in a way, it will transition into another format, yes, completely into another format. Yes, the whole financial system, it will stop being so centralized. Decentralization is coming in all areas, both in power structures and in finance.

Interviewer: Well, like the multipolar world we”ve been talking about for several years now.

Svetlana: Something like that, but even more distributed.

7. AI – two sides of the medal. What about ethics here?

Even an all-encompassing one, I would say, because, on the one hand, we feel a certain totalitarism in this, as if we are being confined into a new system. Full technical control, I would say, outside the boundaries of even human interaction, when you can come to some window and address some organization and say that something is not working for you, then this technologization, on the one hand, of course, it is also unsafe because artificial intelligence itself, in general, is corrupt. It corrupts and reduces brain activity. But not everyone.

Some people who are very interested in their own, let’s say, creative, even technical activities, still understand that they are talented and that their capabilities extend beyond this average AI. So those who find it convenient to do nothing there, not think, use it in this way and almost destroy themselves in a certain sense, although they believe that the set of information is very-very beautiful everything. But as a result, the inability to differentiate this information, to set priorities and cope with it. We see people now absorbed by this and even failing psychologically.

Interviewer: What about the ruble in this era? About the dollar we understood, decentralization we understood. But what will happen to our ruble?

Svetlana : Everything related to American philosophy, and the dollar as, let’s say, an equivalent of this philosophy, is going through a major reboot. This reboot has actually already started, yes, there’s currently a moment of confusion, to put it mildly, and after February 2026, there will be an attempt to form a completely new, well, new America with its own, and this means that the dollar system is being rebooted. This means that the dollar is not just some local currency. It means that you take the main thread and start cutting it in half. All the others can also detach themselves. So, I think we should expect a serious reboot of the dominant dollar, which, theoretically or practically, should step out of this role. And completely new financial circumstances come into play.

In this context, it is interesting to note that there is potential for Russia to be a major economic player, with a strong technical component, and more so than Europe and even America. However, America may undergo a reset. Their long history is tied to the formation of two dominant geopolitical poles. But this is not the final story as we explore alternative forms of governance that cater to terrestrial and geopolitical, social, and cultural dynamics. This search for optimal governance structures will likely reach a critical point around 2027 or 2028, a time when information overload makes it challenging to remember everything, and interests must collide to find a unified management approach.

United, as strange as it may seem. And so, during the stage of searching for this point of control, there may be conflicting heavy situations, but I think that here we will still demonstrate our mistakes – just that artificial intelligence, and our arrogance in technology-related issues. And then we need to switch to completely different forms of understanding and relationships not only within the country but also between countries, and all continents. Everything that leads to it.

8. A New Era – As a New Censor of Consciousness. Timeline of Events

This planet Uranus hints at what we must now have as a connection and worldview not only a terrestrial one but also a cosmic one. That is, we must understand that we are located at a minimum in the Solar System. The word ‘system” here is key because the interaction of planets, and the interaction of civilizations, from which we can no longer refuse, is too obvious for the moment.

Understanding that, when we reach a certain level of technological development, we cannot ignore this interaction and find new cultural codes for it. It’s interesting that the area, if you”re talking about a human, will be most involved – the head. This means that we are moving into another format of consciousness, more flexible on one hand but more structured on the other. So here an era is changing in every sense, to the point that it doesn”t withstand any old constructions, especially social ones. And if we look at artificial intelligence as one of the tools for transforming the social environment, political and ethical, then we will see a completely different picture.

Interviewer: Now, regarding ethics, you can explain in more detail what you mean?

Svetlana: When we, say, shift responsibility to some tool excluding our heart, soul, and generally human sign. And if we are so much technologized that we don”t want to be the same humans anymore, Yes, and eventually, this is the topic of transhumanism, which is built all on the idea of full technologization, both of the body and the mind and otherwise. To what extent does it correspond to, say, the same sunny system that lives by its laws, and humanity should remain humanity rather than transitioning into full AI dependence. So, here it’s very difficult to find this golden middle as something to preserve. And the manipulations possible with artificial intelligence are very multifaceted.

When we talk about AI technologies, for example, it’s not just about machinery. It’s also about the potential for information or any other influence on a person in an entirely invisible way, so their consciousness no longer remains independent. And here the question of independence, some self-identification arises. Well, you can just make crutches and never stand on your feet again. Here too. Some will be very pleased to walk with crutches, while others will show a very strongly expressed human orientation, and we will see these contrasts when, let’s say, in 2028, some not very pleasant and catastrophic situation may occur when our experiments, jokes, even with plasma, because somehow I see the intersection of AI experiments with plasma energy.

And we are already moving on to cosmic scales, and how do we imagine our life in the face of such military competition? That is, what are we heading for? Are we heading towards military superiority or towards the development of humanity in other areas and fields? Therefore, mastering these capabilities must go hand in hand with certain moral principles and an understanding of a sense of responsibility and awareness that artificial intelligence – this is a tool that helps us free up time for creative activity, for our own life, for even, if you will, greater communication with nature. It is not an end in itself; it is a tool. And here again, there is such a very fragile demarcation line where we are already losing understanding altogether, and nature, after all, becomes absolutely exploitable in this sense.

The planets, a couple of planets, which are now going to reform all this natural process, they talk about that the renewal of nature, consciousness, and generally human intellect will now go its own way. That is, the main thing is not to anticipate this goal with artificial intelligence, but to move in some synchronized direction. But as long as we have military goals, as long as we have such a fragile geopolitical environment, it’s very difficult to do. But history is often made not entirely by people, since people are just some tools of this history. We notice even in those fluctuations of well-known political leaders who sometimes seem to us some illogical.

I often observe this planetary impact, where a person is faced with a specific task. Let’s say we”re talking about the world; we”re looking for it. Our searches on this issue are somewhat strange. They sometimes just make you wonder how and why these sudden new trends that throw us off come about. All of this is driven by history. History is guided by planets. Or you are self-sufficient in your actions and some way active in issues, I mean creativity, because not only creativity but art. Life itself is creative. So, this will greatly educate us within certain frameworks and paradigms.

Imagine how many fields will completely change their format. This is almost a technical revolution, and probably a moral and ethical one too. It can”t be separated; otherwise, we won”t be given a grenade to hold, and we won”t be able to master such technologies. There is no: the Earth is not a neglected place. And, in general, there is some kind of order here, which we don”t have time to consider due to our short lives and our inability to understand some logical things.

Any of its parts that breaks or, let’s say, it rips off from him, can tell you what happened and where the mistake was. So it’s like a fractal of a single organism. That is, we are moving to other relationships, let’s say with what we have. Moreover, imagine if we start controlling our thoughts. As a person develops, this too goes through evolution now, not only technology, will feel, sense, hear thoughts much more. So such communication that can no longer be distorted by verbal forms and deceptions, it moves to completely different interaction with the whole world, including with technologies.
